The season of Advent is just around the corner! During the four Sundays before Christmas and the two Traditional Services on Christmas Eve, we will once again be using families or groups within our congregation to lead a short advent wreath lighting service. The families leading the wreath lighting will be given a responsive reading to present, a few sentences describing the symbolism of the candle, and a closing prayer. Please contact the church office if you are willing to assist with the wreath lighting any Sunday during the Advent season (Sunday, December 1, 8, 15, & 22) or on Christmas Eve (December 24 at 2 & 7pm).
